Dysfunctional Beliefs about Career Decision-Making

 This questionnaire focuses on various perceptions and beliefs regarding the career decision-making process. There are perceptions and beliefs that are dysfunctional in the sense that they may impede your decision making process and lead to undesirable outcomes. The statements presented in the questionnaire are divided into 6 clusters, and the degree to which you agreed with each cluster of beliefs is represented by the mean score you received in each cluster (from 1-9). The higher your score is in a certain cluster, the more you endorse those beliefs.
